At Hills Kallio we invite special guests to take over our space and bring new and unique concepts to the local neighbourhood.

We are now accepting application for pop-up restaurants to use our space for the summer season. Places are available to run a pop-up for 1-6 weeks.

How does it work?

Successful applicants can use all of our facilities in the restaurant space for an agreed period for an all inclusive flat fee. We can help you bring your idea to life and support you with everything you need.

Running a pop-up restaurant is a great first step for a budding restaurant entrepreneur or someone looking to expand their existing business while managing risk.

The pop-up includes:

- Full access to the restaurant space, equipment and utilities

- License to sell alcohol (conditions apply)

- Access to our food & drinks wholesalers for raw materials & supplies

- Reservations & table management software

- Cash register & accounting

- Applicants must already have their own registered Y-tunnus
